About Unified

Unified Corporation is a global manufacturer of Socks, Belts, Leather Goods, Headwear and Cold Weather products. Over Unified’s 30 plus years of business through the strategic acquisitions of Leaco Manufacturing, Interbrand LLC, Footland Inc., Trico Manufacturing and M. Aron Leatherworks, Unified has built a global company sourcing products in 9 countries and in over 20 factories.

Unified owns and operates a sock factory (Taiwan) and two belt factories (Taiwan / U.S.A). With a seasoned design team and experienced senior management, Unified designs, manufactures and distributes products all over the world. We pride ourselves on protecting the integrity of the brands we license from design to products to distribution.

Unified has three core businesses: Branded Socks, Branded Leather Goods and Private Brands (Retailer owned brands that we design and manufacture exclusively for their distribution). We have had licenses with many global brands over the years and ship products to over 35 countries directly from our factories, serving our brand’s global retail operations and distributors. We consider ourselves experts in translating the DNA of each of our brands into our product categories through licensor collaboration, market knowledge and trend information.

Unified has offices in NYC, Asia and a new warehouse and distribution center in Deland, Florida in 2025. We also have warehousing operations in California.

Trico Manufacturing
Our USA based belt manufacturing facility in Deland, Fla. This is a fully automated factory specializing in work/casual belts.
Leaco Manufacturing
Our Taiwan-based belt manufacturing facility which makes premium products with raw materials sourced around the globe.
Interbrand, LLC
Our division that specializes in licensed products. It is a global design, manufacturer and distributor of Socks, Belts, Leather Goods and Cold Weather products. Interbrand has had licenses with The Timberland Company (21 Years), Wolverine, Sperry Top Sider, Smith’s, Perry Ellis, National Geographic, Hi-Tec, Magnum and DKNY.
Footland, Inc.
Our Taiwan-based sock manufacturing facility. It is a state-of-the-art factory that mainly caters to our Pacific Rim partners (trade embargo from importing any Chinese products). We do some specialized products in this factory. This factory also functions as our hub for local sourcing and quality control.
M. Aron Leather Works
A Private Label manufacturer of belts we acquired to expand our Private Brands business. Their history of reliable quality products was consistent with our philosophy and reputation and were able to bring scale to their business.
Trico Manufacturing
